Don't know about you, but I'm really enjoying the longer days. Having more daylight and sunshine helps feed my creative spirit.
Speaking of feeding creative spirits, below are some resources for bringing more creativity into your business and your life. Following Your Creative Intuition
Life lessons from painting class
 For the past month or so, I've had the joy of taking an intuitive painting class. For someone who used to meticulously copy images when I painted or drew, it's been extremely freeing to let my imagination just run wild!
Some of the lessons I learned with paintbrush in hand are also applicable to the canvas of life:
- Quiet the inner critic - sure it's always going to be saying something, but you can choose not to listen.
- Just let your intuition guide you - you might see new perspectives that you didn't notice before.
- Things don't need to make sense - surprises and innovation can spring from the unknown.
- It's about the process not the product - be in the moment and experience the journey.
- It's okay to get messy - and it's actually fun! I find myself chuckling quite a bit.
- Just keep painting - more will reveal itself if you just keep at it.
